- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Apta Vita to sort out a shoulder injury I had gained from going to the gym, my usual strategy of rest hadn't worked. Catherine (from Apta Vita) was able to identify what the problem was very quickly which then led directly into the treatment during the same visit.
