- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪R&T couldn't keep numerous appointments to give me a quote, so didn't end up using their services so this review is based purely on the poor experience I had just trying to get them to price up the job. By the time I gave up I'd left 2 voicemails, made 4 phone calls to try and arrange a visit, had one appointment cancelled 20 mins after it was due, a second appointment where nobody turned up and nobody called to apologise or re-arrange. Called to find out what was going on to be told that the bloke who would come out wasn't even working that day, so can't understand why they'd book him in for a quote? All in all been trying to get a price from R&T for almost a fortnight - no way to treat a potential customer in my book.by Robert ScraggDecember 07, 2016
