  Would have given zero if I could for this company who are ripping off young drivers! Policies very inflexible compared with other insurance companies I have dealt with. Could not add a parent or anyone else on the policy hence only the one daughter could drive this car. Their reason was due to having a black box. This is rubbish as we found out at a later date that our other daughter who took out a black box policy with another insurance company, a parent (or another) can be added. Part way through the policy we found out that our daughter could not take her car to the particular university due to their rules. Tried to change the policy to our other daughter who is 3 years older to drive that car and they would not allow it. Had no choice but to cancel the policy with a penalty of £250 which is really extortionate!! Ripping off young drivers for their inflexibility - Life happens and they need to be a little flexible but this company IS NOT - STAY AWAY AND GIVE THEM A WAKE UP CALL!!

  In 20 first century no one charge for email £1 except Collingwood,and no one charge david card fee in the world except Collingwood inshurence.My inshurence premium for two weeks £127.9 and premium tax £15.35 but shown in Schedule amount prepaid £0.00. but im charged £143.26, is it because of email and paying david card fee.I think they must change the fee system of card and email if they don't change they will lose a lot of customers most of young taxi driver no longer with Collingwood I think old taxi driver and those who can't pay yearly they end up to Collingwood in that case Collingwood take advantages with old and who don't understand moderns days trickyness.

  Very unhelpful customer adviser - TOM Will not call the provisional driver,. will not let me speak to a manager, will not re-instate a policy , will not do anything helpful. Useless. Yes, it is a Monday, take it out on someone else.
